Chef de partie
Also known as a "station chef" or "line cook", the chef de partie will be responsible for all prep and execution in a specific station, ensuring that each course is delivered in a timely manner, and keeping their station clean and in good order.
We are seeking creative individuals, with extreme attention to detail, looking to expand their basic food knowledge, technique, and overall culinary expertise.
At dory, we offer a six-course tasting menu that changes every other month. We work closely with local farms, intentionally sourcing ingredients, aiming to serve them at their highest potential.
Our team has received the honor of placing 4th in the country in USA Today's 10 Best, Best New Restaurant category, and recognition as one of the top 5 Vegan restaurants in Memphis by National Geographic, The Traveler.
