Daytime Kitchen Manager
Belltower is evolving from a day time coffeeshop into a multi-service restaurant with the coffee service in the morning and a wine bar in the evenings. We're looking for someone who loves creativity, good food, and providing great service. This role is a part of our leadership team, and a key part of our continued growth. Responsibilities include managing a small existing team, working collaboratively with the Evening Kitchen Manager and Lead Baker, and inventorying and ordering. This position does come with some autonomy and creative freedom, as we’re looking for someone who can work well within the leadership team.
Compensation:
Base Pay: $15 - 17 / hr + Tip Out 35 - 45 hrs / Week Free Meals & Free Drinks on Shift

Providing great service
Inventory
Ordering
Maintaining prep & par systems
Managing line cooks including training and hiring
Assisting in menu design
Weekly leadership meeting
